- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Basic insurance and financial services knowledge
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related field highly beneficial
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Insurance Sales Advisor role based in Dubai. The advisor will engage with clients, present insurance solutions, manage sales pipeline, and collaborate with teams to ensure policy issuance and client query resolution.
