Role Description
- Work on site in Dubai in a full time capacity supporting clients with insurance needs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable personal and commercial insurance products.
- Explain coverage, terms, and conditions clearly.
- Prepare quotations, manage policy applications, handle renewals, and assist with claims related queries.
- Maintain accurate records, follow regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Build long term relationships with clients, contribute to sales targets, and participate in product and market training.
Qualifications
- Strong insurance and finance skills.
- Solid consulting skills including needs analysis and solution recommendation.
- Excellent customer service skills focused on responsiveness and empathy.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts.
- Relevant experience in insurance advisory, brokerage, or financial services sales is beneficial.
- Knowledge of local UAE insurance regulations and market practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, client focused environment with multicultural teams.
