Role Overview
The Insurance Manager will manage corporate insurance relationships, retain and grow accounts, develop new business, and support customer satisfaction.
The role covers general insurance, including property and casualty accounts, renewals, placements, claims, and client consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of existing and newly assigned corporate accounts.
- Respond to new and renewal business enquiries from existing corporate clients.
- Manage client portfolios and coordinate renewals and new placements.
- Coordinate claims and operational services with relevant teams.
- Maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and partners through meetings, visits, seminars, and training courses.
- Apply applicable laws and regulations to insurance business transactions.
- Meet personal KPIs set by management.
- Introduce and bind new business prospects and maintain high retention ratios.
- Cross-sell other lines of business to existing accounts.
- Advise corporate clients on insurance, contractual liabilities, claims, and related issues.
- Monitor claims and support high customer satisfaction.
- Use communication, negotiation, insurance knowledge, and professionalism to resolve issues and meet targets.
