Role Overview
Manage client relationships and insurance accounts while supporting retention, cross-selling, referrals, and business targets.
Provide insurance solutions, customer service, policy servicing, and ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing client relationships and understand insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance coverage, benefits, premiums, renewals, and claims procedures.
- Achieve a minimum 95% client retention target and identify additional business opportunities.
- Handle enquiries, complaints, renewals, modifications, cancellations, and policy servicing.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, customer service, and other internal teams.
- Monitor overdue premiums and coordinate timely collection and resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client trends, market opportunities, and competition.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, regulations, and governance standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs, improve processes, strengthen controls, and maintain audit-ready records.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience with an insurance broker or insurance company.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
