Role Description
The full-time remote Insurance Associate role supports clients with insurance needs and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
The position includes insurance assessment, policy support, client communication, records management, and finance coordination.
Work Arrangement

Core Responsibilities
- Assess insurance requirements and assist with policy quotes and renewals.
- Support insurance brokerage activities and respond to client inquiries.
- Explain coverage options clearly and help resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with finance teams on billing and payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance and insurance brokerage concepts, policy structures, and basic risk assessment.
