Role Overview
Supports daily finance and accounting operations, including transactions, reporting, payments, budgeting, and expense management.
Ensures financial records are accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance and accounting operations.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management updates.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and expense control.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with accounting, procurement, HR, and other departments.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Follow company policies while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
