Role Description
This full-time remote Insurance Associate role supports clients with insurance needs and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
The role includes insurance requirements assessment, policy quotes and renewals, client support, records management, billing coordination, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assess insurance requirements and assist with policy quotes and renewals.
- Support insurance brokerage activities and respond to client inquiries.
- Explain coverage options clearly and help resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with finance teams on billing and payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance and insurance brokerage concepts, including policy structures and basic risk assessment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain insurance information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Customer service experience focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Foundational finance knowledge related to premiums, invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and policy management.
