The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for the development of control systems using a broad range of sensing and control hardware supervised by a GNU/Linux platform. Instrumentation and controls will be integrated for several pieces of equipment including an electrolyzer, nitrogen generator, an ammonia reactor, ammonia liquefaction, an ammonia disassociator, a vaporizer, a post cracking purification system, and an electro-chemical hydrogen compressor. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in computer programming, data acquisition, advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) for large complex automated chemical systems consisting of mechanical, plumbing, manual and automated valving, electrical, process control and instrumentation elements in both start-up and large corporate environments.
