We have a proprietary and flexible process for making ammonia from air, water, and clean energy.
Our ammonia cracker then produces an ammonia-hydrogen blend fuel or pure hydrogen.
The emissions from ammonia fuel are nitrogen and water.
We are providing a completely CO2-free way to make and use fuel for long term energy storage, transportation, and heat applications.

The Assistant to the CTO is responsible for protecting the CTO?s time by proactively managing calendars, including: scheduling, resolving conflicts, prioritizing organizational and business needs, as well as assisting in the review, coordination, delivery, and records retention of meetings, tasks, and deliverables.

Essential Job Duties: ?
Responsible for heavy calendar management to minimize executive downtime, requiring interaction with internal and external executives, assistants, staff, and consultants. ?
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic and telephone communications on behalf of the CTO. ?
Handle sensitive and confidential information. ?
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail. ?
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactive follow-through on multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion; follow through on issues in a timely manner; practice excellent time management, often with deadline pressures. ?
Attend critical meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on post-meeting action items until successful completion. ?
Coordinate travel schedule, reservations and process monthly expenses. ?
Assist in recruiting for key strategic initiatives and personnel for CTO. ?
Assist in CAPEX and OPEX expenditure budgeting planning process. ?
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Revision 4; 22-10-11Requirements: ? 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior level executives in an administrative capacity. ?
Four-year degree in engineering, information technology, computer science or a related field of study. ?
Previous experience in high growth environment strongly preferred. ?
Strong work ethic, proactive, exhibits positivity, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment. ?
Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically. ?
Incredibly organized and resourceful; able to juggle and multi-task, with an acute attention to detail and follow through. ?
Ability to learn and anticipate the needs and preferences of the executive and Engineering/R&D management teams without relying on constant direction from leadership. ?
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ?
Advanced presentation skills and working knowledge of current social networking systems. ?
Ability to liaise between technical staff and other business departments. ?
Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure. ?
Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity. ?
Computer literacy.
Linux experience or exposure preferred. ?
Passion for technology.
