About the Role
Amazon's Retail team is looking for an Instock Support to develop the buying side for a category, establish vendor partnerships, and manage selection. The role involves assisting vendors with Amazon tools, purchase order management, and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist vendors on a day to day basis with Amazon tools and provide on ground support for Purchase Order management, selection expansion, shipment, etc.
- Assist in training vendors on populating/procuring catalog content, interacting/coordinating with vendors/manufacturers/customers, and identifying/correcting errors
- Maintain records of work received and work performed
- Initiate and own process improvement projects
- Participate actively in stakeholder calls/meetings
Requirements
- Experience in problem solving and delivering results
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Catalog processes / procurement processes such as placing PO, working on lead time

Overview
- Amazon's Retail team is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Instock Support to develop the buying side for one of the categories at Amazon.
