About the Role

- Analyze user behaviors, find hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with departments to provide optimal solutions and product feedback
Requirements
- Sales experience with clear sales KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- 3 5 years working experience in sales and client services with international financial background
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms
- Strong communication and relationship maintenance skills
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
- Passionate about crypto

About Binance VIP & Institutional Team
- Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions.
- We work with individual traders, HFT firms, hedge funds, asset managers, market makers, and investment banks.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expanding relationships with existing customers by sustained communication and understanding their needs.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking key customer status.
- Analysis of user behaviors, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with departments.
Requirements
- Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with clear sales KPIs.
- Familiar with CRM tools.
- Worked autonomously within a sales team; experience with regional sales teams and events.
- At least 3 5 years working experience in sales and client services with international financial background.
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, etc.
- Strong communication, flexibility, relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto; industry experience advantageous.
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
