Institutional Sales Manager

We're Hiring: Institutional Sales Manager – Winpro Prime

Winpro Prime is looking for an experienced

to drive the growth of our institutional business and build strong relationships within the Forex and financial services industry.

• Acquire new B2B clients, including Forex brokers, institutional clients, and financial partners.
• Promote Winpro Prime's liquidity solutions, MT5 infrastructure, FIX API connectivity, and institutional trading services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Liquidity, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Represent Winpro Prime professionally at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings.

• 3–7+ years of experience in Institutional Forex, Liquidity, Prime Brokerage, or FinTech sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets.
• Strong understanding of MT4/MT5, liquidity, FIX API connectivity, brokerage operations, and institutional trading.
• An established network within the Forex industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
