Role overview

WinproFX is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade fintech and CRM platforms.

The role supports trading platforms, CRM systems, client portals, and internal business operations using Laravel, Vue.js, Python, MySQL, and microservices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop secure web applications with PHP and Laravel.
  • Build responsive interfaces with Vue.js 3, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Vuetify.
  • Develop Python services for automation, background processing, and integrations.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services, payment gateways, CRM systems, and external APIs.
  • Design and optimize MySQL databases, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Develop microservices and asynchronous processing solutions.
  • Maintain queues, caching, Redis services, scheduled jobs, and Windows Server processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve performance.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow secure coding and application security practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
  • Experience with the required PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, MySQL, API, infrastructure, and microservice technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

Required technical skills

  • PHP 8+ and Laravel 9, 10, or 11.
  • Vue.js 3, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Vuetify.
  • Python 3, MySQL, stored procedures, REST APIs, authentication, and Git.
  • Linux and Windows Server fundamentals, queues, Redis, scheduled jobs, caching, microservices, and asynchronous processing.

Preferred skills

  • Docker, Nginx or Apache, CI/CD, AWS or Microsoft Azure, and message queue technologies.
  • Fintech applications, CRM integrations, MT4 or MT5, payment gateways, WebSockets, and real-time applications.

Soft skills and environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, ownership, and attention-to-detail abilities.

The role involves enterprise-grade fintech and Forex platforms, cloud-native architectures, challenging projects, and continuous learning.
