Role Overview
Business Head responsible for the company’s overall business activities, operations, growth, and international market representation.
The role covers strategic relationships, business development, commercial growth, and coordination across key brokerage functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business activities, operations, and growth.
- Represent the company globally with clients, partners, IBs, institutional investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend and represent the company at international meetings, conferences, events, and business engagements.
- Develop relationships with global partners, liquidity providers, institutional clients, and IB networks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trading, Liquidity, and Client Support.
- Identify new markets and opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Work with senior management on strategy, performance, and expansion.
- Position the company professionally in the international Forex/CFD market.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or financial services.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end brokerage operations and business development.
- Ability to represent the company with international clients and business partners.
- Strong industry network and understanding of the global Forex/CFD market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong leadership and commercial mindset.
- Professional, confident, and able to represent the company independently on a global stage.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month.
