Role Overview
The Institutional Effectiveness Senior Specialist will drive the university’s Quality Assurance Framework and support compliance, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
The role covers institutional data collection and analysis, audits and accreditation activities, and key institutional publications.
Employment and Location
- The role is full-time and based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The role works across academic and administrative departments and supports internal and external review activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Framework in line with accreditation standards.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and documentation for reviews and audits.
- Liaise with auditors, design surveys and focus groups, and analyze academic and administrative performance data.
- Prepare institutional publications, including the Factbook and Annual Report.
- Facilitate quality assurance workshops and training and submit data to external bodies.
- Create dashboards and summaries showing trends and actionable insights.
- Follow information security and confidentiality policies and promote a safe, healthy work environment.
