About the Role
V2X is seeking a Senior Installation Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations in Qatar in support of LOGCAP. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, at least 10 years of multifunctional logistics experience, and a secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall effective management and allocation of personnel and resources to meet contract specifications
- Interface with local US Government representatives as primary point of contact for Installation Logistics requirements
- Direct day to day management, supervision, and performance of all Installation Logistics operations
- Coordinate with USG Leadership and Program Leadership
- Oversee coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- At least 10 years of multifunctional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, transportation, supply support
- Must be CAC eligible and able to obtain a Common Access Card
- Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain US Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Qatar Driver's License
- AMMO62 certification preferred
- CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred

Overview
- This position is physically located in Qatar in support of LOGCAP.
- Has full authority and responsibility for overall effective management and allocation of personnel and resources to meet all contract specifications involving Installation Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives.
- Coordinates with USG Leadership and Program Leadership.
- Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- AMMO62 certification preferred
- CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred
- Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum
- At least 10 years of multifunctional logistics experience
- Preferred: at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level
- Experience managing government contracts highly desired
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Working knowledge of computer operations including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications
- Great organizational and management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain US Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Qatar Driver's License
Working Conditions
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
