About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate personnel and resources to meet contract specifications for Installation Logistics Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, and other functions
- Interface with local US Government representatives as primary point of contact for all Installation Logistics requirements
- Directly manage day to day operations, administration, support, configuration control, property management, and fleet management
- Coordinate with USG Leadership and Program Leadership
- Oversee coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and stakeholders
- Perform other duties and assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- At least ten (10) years of multifunctional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, transportation, supply support activities
- Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Qatar Driver's License
- Preferred: at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level
- Preferred: AMMO62 certification, CSCP or CLTD certifications

Overview
- This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP.
- Has full authority and responsibility for overall effective management of Installation Logistics Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, and other services.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives.
- Coordinates with USG Leadership and Program Leadership.
- Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs.
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers, peers, and stakeholders.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- AMMO62 certification preferred; CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred.
- Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum.
- At least ten (10) years of multifunctional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, transportation, supply support activities.
- Preferred: at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level.
- Experience managing government contracts highly desired.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Great organizational and management skills.
Working Conditions
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
Clearance/License
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Qatar Driver's License are required.
- Must be able to maintain USG Network access & CAC card privilege(s).
