Inspection Administration Coordinator

Attend Sell-to Carma sites, supporting the coordination and administration of inbound inspection appointments.

Act as a point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the inspection process.

Coordinate inspection flow on-site, ensuring appointments run on time and all required steps are completed.

Input and update all relevant systems with vehicle and inspection details, including uploading photos and documentation.

Verify vehicle and customer information, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all records.

Collect and review required compliance documents including registration papers, logbooks, and licences.

Track inspection progress and follow up on any missing information to ensure timely completion.

Support Inspectors by ensuring all required inspection data is available for decision-making.

Assist in facilitating the purchase process by entering vehicle details and supporting payment workflows where required.

Work closely with the wider team to manage site operations and maintain efficient workflow across high-volume locations.

Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure inspections are completed accurately and efficiently.

Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, or operations within a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and support on-site operations

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-moving environment

Tech savvy and able to quickly learn and use new systems
