Workflow Management: Direct daily priorities for the operational team to meet delivery deadlines and target output

Quality Control: Execute comprehensive quality checks and be the go-to expert for your production stage, ensuring quality and efficiency

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialists, driving excellence in performance, training, and safety

Results Driven: Motivate and drive a high-output team to hit daily targets

Strategic Improvements: Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks or "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) lag to ensure consistent operational flow

You have at least 2 years experience leading/ supervising teams in fast-paced operational environments.

You have a proven track record in quality assurance with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving defects.

You are process-driven and organised - building and refining workflows to increase efficiency.

You have excellent communication providing clear, direct feedback to your team and concise updates to senior management.

You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.
