Inside Sales & Support Representative

· Strong customer service, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

· Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is an asset

· Working knowledge of order-to-cash, supply chain, pricing, and customer support processes

· A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

· High attention to detail, strong accountability, and a commitment to follow-through and continuous improvement

· Bilingualism (English & French speaking, reading, and writing) is considered an asset

The starting range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 – or higher, depending on your experience.
