Role Overview
The Finance Manager shapes the financial direction of the business through financial planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
The role provides insights, tools, and processes that support decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, long-range planning, executive presentations, and performance reporting.
- Analyze results, business drivers, risks, opportunities, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, and senior leaders on profitability and strategic initiatives.
- Lead scenario planning, financial modeling, process improvements, and standardization of planning and reporting.
- Support financial systems, EPM technology, and long-range strategic and financial planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Senior Financial Analyst.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Six to eight years of relevant business and/or finance experience, including manager-level experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial levers.
