Provide comprehensive administrative, sales, trade, and commercial support across assigned markets by supporting sales support activities, process coordination, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and revenue support. Support the handling of the Sales Support inbox and respond to trade queries under guidance. Provide end‑to‑end sales and trade support to assigned Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and internal stakeholders. Manage and action contract‑based requests (e.g. incentives, prize winner and FAM travel) in line with approved policies, contractual frameworks, and commercial guidelines. Oversee and coordinate inside sales support processes, identifying improvements, maintaining procedures, and ensuring consistent application across systems and teams. Act as a key point of contact for inside sales support queries, jointly managing shared inboxes and internal communications to ensure service continuity and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records and reporting across relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce, internal platforms), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness. Coordinate and administer sales‑related events, sponsorships, hospitality, merchandising, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and stakeholder communications. Provide supervisory and coordination support within the team by assisting with task allocation, monitoring daily workload, supporting process adherence, and contributing to performance management activities under direction. Support sales leadership and management with office administration, policy implementation, cross‑functional liaison, and ad‑hoc commercial initiatives, while identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline manual processes, improve efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of sales operations. Qualification 12 yrs schooling or equivalent 3+ yrs experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role. Basic understanding of sales support, trade enquiries and group sales administration Working knowledge of contract and nett fare administration processes Familiarity with CRM and internal sales systems (e.g. Salesforce) Awareness of internal procedures for waivers, offers, incentives, and event support Understanding of service standards when supporting sales teams and trade partners OTHER INFORMATION Represent UK Sales at events as and when needed. The job holder is responsible for adhering to the relevant health and safety requirements and safe working practices applicable to their employment. Have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Closing date for applications is 15th May 2026.
