Senior Security Agent - Hub Operations (Emiratisation)

Monitor and conduct random inspections of personnel deployed across all security assignments to ensure compliance with established instructions and procedures.

Prepare reports on all incidents occurring during the shift and submit them to the relevant supervisor for escalation to management, where required.

Prepare work rosters to ensure the most efficient utilisation of manpower and minimise overtime costs.

Support preliminary investigations by gathering facts and conducting workplace inspections to facilitate appropriate follow-up action.

Participate in the execution of operational activities as required, including events (e.g., air shows), flight delays, staff shortages, and other ad hoc services.

Supervise outsourced security personnel (Transguard Patrol) deployed across Group facilities to ensure compliance with Group Security Policy and operational requirements.

Experience in the aviation security field.

Knowledge of Arabic.
