Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries.
- Maintain the customer database.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives.
- Support field sales and project management teams.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
- Ensure the corporate image is reflected in customer interactions.
