Job Overview
Support customers at the retail counter by addressing product needs and providing product demonstrations.
Combine customer service, sales transactions, inventory management, and warehouse support in a fast-paced retail environment.

How You Will Thrive With Us
- Pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels.
- Serve customers through counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge, maintain the showroom and counter shelves, and build customer relationships.
- Support sales initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and represent the corporate image.
Who Are You
- Have 1–2 years of prior counter sales or warehouse experience.
- Communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge.
- Have previous experience in the electrical industry.
