- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai
- Prior experience in community leadership, event management, or innovation roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Role Description
- The Innovation Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both onsite and from home.
- This role involves identifying and driving new initiatives that enhance community engagement, event formats, and collaborative design activities.
- The Innovation Manager will plan and experiment with new program ideas, coordinate with speakers and partners, and use member feedback and data to refine community offerings.
- Day to day tasks include managing pilot projects, creating frameworks for design challenges, supporting communication and promotion of events, and ensuring alignment with the community’s vision.
- The role requires close collaboration with organizers, volunteers, and community members to foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in innovation, program design, or community building, with the ability to translate ideas into structured initiatives.
- Background or interest in design, product, or UX, and familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
- Skills in project management and coordination, including planning timelines, managing stakeholders, and tracking outcomes.
- Competence in communication and facilitation, such as leading workshops, moderating discussions, and engaging diverse community members.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities to use feedback and data for improving events, formats, and community experiences.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with the ability to attend onsite meet ups and work independently remotely.
- Prior experience in community leadership, event management, or innovation roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
