Requirements
- Community management and event coordination skills, including organizing meetups, workshops, and virtual sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with members, speakers, and partners
- Experience with digital tools and platforms for event promotion, registration, and collaboration (e.g., social media, email marketing, online event tools)
- Basic familiarity with Figma and interest in design
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple activities in a part time, hybrid environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with volunteers and cross functional stakeholders
- Prior experience in community leadership, program management, or design related initiatives is beneficial
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local market context in Dubai is an advantage

Role Description
- The Division Manager role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating community events, including meetups, workshops, and talks, and ensuring smooth execution of both in person and virtual activities.
- Manage communication with community members, partners, and speakers, and oversee event promotion through online channels and local outreach.
- Day to day tasks include organizing event logistics, maintaining a content calendar, tracking attendance and feedback, and identifying opportunities to grow and engage the community.
