- Oversee the evaluation of ideas submitted, prioritizing them based on strategic alignment, feasibility, and potential impact
- Drive the development of concepts into viable prototypes, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business needs
- Assess the feasibility, scalability, and potential impact of prototypes, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic fit and expected return on investment
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including engineers, designers, business developers, and project managers
- Foster a collaborative working environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in English

Experience, Professional Qualifications & Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving innovation initiatives.
Professional Certifications (preferred)
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AI, IoT)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in English
