Required Job Skills
- Broad knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting virtualization, HCL, cloud, and Azure technologies.
- Experience with HPE Simplivity, Synergy, MSA, ProLiant, C7000, tape libraries, Virtual Connect, blade switches, and related infrastructure.
- Experience with Dell EMC VXRail, VRTX, R Series servers, PowerVault, Unity, FX, and XC Series systems.
- Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration, including VMware and Windows Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of Veeam and Acronis backup technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Cluster, SQL HA, WSUS, and WDS.
- Knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies using Ethernet, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and FCoE.
- Ability to troubleshoot operating system logs for hardware issues from virtual machine and Windows support contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot HPE server, storage, blade, and networking platforms.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dell EMC server and storage platforms.
