Role Overview
The employer is seeking an E-commerce Sales Executive focused on networking products and B2B sales.
The role requires hands-on experience selling networking solutions and an established UAE network of resellers, system integrators, computer shops, distributors, and corporate customers.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with IT resellers, system integrators, computer shops, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Sell routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, wireless and CPE products, PoE solutions, and networking accessories.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM or sales-management software.
- Coordinate order processing and customer satisfaction with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Support product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and inventory updates on Amazon UAE, Noon, and similar platforms.
