Role overview
Scale GP is an enterprise-grade generative AI platform providing APIs for knowledge retrieval, inference, evaluation, and related capabilities.
The Infrastructure Software Engineer will help build and scale core infrastructure for customers in highly regulated industries.
The role involves large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud implementations.
What you’ll do
- Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions for operation across existing cloud providers.
- Implement integrations between the platform and customer cloud environments, data warehouses, and internal APIs.
- Collaborate with platform teams, product teams, and customers to develop scalable infrastructure.
- Deliver high-velocity, high-quality experiments to engage customers.
- Work across the product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
- Manage multiple priorities and learn new technologies quickly.
What we’re looking for
- Four or more years of full-time engineering experience after graduation.
- Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups.
- Experience experimenting with or productizing LLMs, vector databases, and related AI technologies.
