- Provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple roads and infrastructure projects from award through completion
- Ensure successful execution of projects in accordance with contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Develop and implement project execution plans, resource strategies, and risk mitigation measures
- Monitor project performance and take corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Oversee project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead progress meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with stakeholders
- Represent the company in meetings with government authorities including municipalities, transport authorities, and utility providers
- Ensure effective management of project budgets, cash flow, cost control, and profitability
- Review contractual obligations and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration will be an advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent will be preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Roads and Infrastructure construction projects
- Currently working with a leading Roads & Infrastructure Main Contracting Company in the UAE
- Proven experience managing large scale road, highway, bridge, interchanges, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, standards, and authority requirements
- Demonstrated success in delivering high value infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Experience working with government clients and major infrastructure authorities within the UAE

Job Purpose
- The Project Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and successful delivery of large scale roads and infrastructure construction projects across the UAE.
- The role requires strategic oversight of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- The Project Director will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence across all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
