About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Infrastructure Program Manager, you will support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects across ASC's South Australian sites.
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you'll coordinate project activities, contractors, stakeholders, and documentation to help deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality infrastructure outcomes that support one of Australia's most significant defence programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
- Coordinate site access, inductions and contractor compliance in line with safety and operational requirements.
- Assist with project planning, scoping, scheduling and risk management activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, financial records, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Monitor project status and provide regular project progress reports in support of project controls activities.
- Contribute to project commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, safety and operational efficiency.
About you
You are organised, proactive and safety-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience coordinating or supporting project delivery in infrastructure, facilities, engineering or construction environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
