Support the global Enterprise Reporting and Analytics team in managing and enhancing enterprise-supported reporting platforms, including Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, and Power BI.
This role carries primary ownership of one or two reporting platforms, covering application maintenance, configuration, support, and roadmap planning.
The individual will help deliver reliable reporting capabilities, partner with infrastructure and data teams, guide internal users, and drive adoption of standards and best practices across the reporting ecosystem.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Own the operational health and stability of assigned enterprise reporting and analytics platforms
Configure platforms, manage users and security, support licensing, and resolve break-fix issues.
Tune high-resource reports and optimize platform performance.
Deliver reporting-platform work in projects while coordinating with Enterprise Applications, BASIS, OS, hardware, and network teams.
Advise internal clients, strengthen governance and adoption, and share standards and best practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Hold a full-time graduation from an accredited university.
Bring a total of minimum of 6 yrs of IT experience with relevant minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting reporting, analytics, or other enterprise application platforms.
Develop and support complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, Metric Insights, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Looker.
Work with complex data sources including SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or Google BigQuery, including semantic layer development and basic PL/SQL.
Set up and configure platforms using automation and configuration management tools while demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to leverage AI capabilities where they deliver business value to improve support, operations and user productivity.
Have exposure to tools such as CDSW and R-Studio Connect.
Have experience with incident management and outage communication.
Have knowledge of working in GCP or other cloud environments.
SUPPORT REQUIREMENT
US business hours support: The role requires providing extended off-office hours shift coverage and overnight and weekends/holidays on-call support on weekly rotational basis.
