As a Change Analyst, you will partner with the GIC Change Lead to support transformation initiatives from a change management lens.
You will help bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex change by translating business and project needs into practical change approaches that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
You will also leverage reusable enterprise assets, tools, and practices that help make change more consistent and effective over time.
Partner with the GIC Change Lead to support transformation initiatives through a structured change management lens.
Support the design and execution of change strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption and sustain business outcomes.
Translate business and project requirements into practical change interventions, including development of the change narrative, stakeholder analysis, change plans, and supporting resources.
Leverage GMI’s Change Playbook, tools, templates, and reusable assets to promote consistent and effective change practices across GIC initiatives.
Assess and organize change impacts across initiatives, stakeholder groups, and ways of working.

Manage change impact data and reporting through the change dashboard to support visibility, tracking, and decision-making.
Evaluate organizational readiness and help shape approaches that enable effective adoption of change.
Coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and functional partners to gather inputs, align on priorities, and support execution of change activities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in change management, business, communications, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience supporting change management work on transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels to gather inputs, support alignment, and help execute change activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise, leadership-ready updates/presentations.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to navigate the organization and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
Up to 7 years of experience supporting change management work on large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex stakeholder environments.
Consulting experience in change management, transformation, and/or program delivery, with the ability to:
bring structure to ambiguity
synthesize inputs
turn insights into actionable recommendations
Experience supporting change intake, prioritization, tiering, and governance processes, including maintaining intake artifacts and preparing decision-support materials.
facilitating:
working sessions
stakeholder discussions
change enablement activities
Experience leveraging reusable change assets – including playbooks, templates, tools, and reporting materials – to drive consistency, while applying the art of of change through judgement, adaptation and continuous improvement
Change management certification, education, or formal training such as Prosci.
