- Provide technical guidance and support to design teams
- Identify and resolve design related issues during the project lifecycle
- Work closely with engineers, architects, planners, and other stakeholders to develop integrated infrastructure solutions
- Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Conduct quality checks on design documents and specifications
- Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and compliance records
- Present updates and recommendations to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 12+ years of relative experience in infrastructure design or project coordination
- Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in software design (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred: Masters degree in a relevant field
- Preferred: Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, LEED)
- Preferred: Experience in sustainable infrastructure design
- Preferred: Familiarity with GIS tools and data analysis

- The Infrastructure Design Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design and development of infrastructure projects.
