Role Overview
The role maintains and improves the City of Stirling’s infrastructure asset information systems and data.
Work spans TechnologyOne Asset Management, GIS and associated infrastructure datasets.
The work supports operational service delivery, strategic asset planning, lifecycle management and capital investment decisions.
Employment and Salary
- The position is permanent full-time.
- The base salary is $115,452.33 to $121,527.85 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management and associated GIS systems.
- Maintain infrastructure asset information and spatial datasets.
- Coordinate asset handover and data governance processes.
- Undertake asset renewal modelling and annual works forecasting.
- Monitor asset data quality, completeness and compliance.
- Develop asset information, reporting and analytical solutions.
- Perform spatial analysis and prepare asset performance reports.
- Support asset management, capital investment and lifecycle planning.
- Provide technical guidance, user training and system support.
