Role overview
Support the Director Corporate Services and the broader Directorate in a fast-paced local government environment.
Provide strategic, operational and project support while acting as a key liaison across the organisation.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, Directorate planning, governance processes and organisational outcomes.
What you will do
- Provide high-level executive support and manage a complex, dynamic schedule.
- Prepare correspondence, briefing notes, reports, presentations and communications.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, travel, accommodation and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor actions from Directorate projects and strategic initiatives.
- Manage administration systems, records, compliance requirements and the administration budget.
- Support planning, service delivery, business improvement and special organisational projects.
- Undertake research, analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Liaise with senior leaders, Elected Members, employees and external stakeholders.
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in a similar executive support role.
