Reporting to the Senior IT Manager - Technology Enablement, the Infrastructure Analyst is responsibility to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, analyze, design, implement and maintain a robust, reliable, and secure infrastructure systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their requirements and provide infrastructure solutions that meet their needs
Lead infrastructure-related projects and manage the implementation process
Collaborate with infrastructure team, stakeholder and third party to design, engineer, implement, and maintain technology solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, system changes, design and specifications
Keep abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Conduct comprehensive system monitoring and analysis of the existing infrastructure systems to identify areas of improvement, potential risks, and future scalability needs
Involve in developing infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and architectural designs that align with business objectives.
Identifying and resolving infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting system failures, and
Coordinate with relevant teams to identify issues and ensure timely
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science (or related field) or equivalent job experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position
Possess comprehensive knowledge in various infrastructure technologies including networking, storage systems, virtualization technologies and servers
