The Team
The Omni Technology team designs, builds, delivers, and operates scalable technology solutions aligned with omnichannel objectives.
The Opportunity
The role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of omnichannel technology solutions.
The analyst acts as a liaison between Technology and the Omni business and supports requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of payment systems.
The Role
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technology designs.
- Ensure solution designs work with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Implement structured testing and address identified deficiencies.
- Contribute to efficient deployment of omnichannel technology solutions.
- Provide proactive and reactive support for omnichannel technology solutions.
