The mission of the Product Integration Department is to effectively drive the development of our exclusive brand portfolio to deliver beautiful, high-quality products to our clients.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for partnering with Product teams to ensure our vertically integrated brand collections are being designed, manufactured, and delivered on time and to the highest quality. As an Intern in Product Integration, you will have a front-row seat to witness how fashion lines are brought to life as you ensure all cross-functional activities in the product lifecycle are completed on time to enable success of the product line. As one of our business operations functions, this is a special opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in a coveted business area as you grow your operational skill set. As an Intern in Product Integration, you will support to:
Drive and organize critical product lifecycle activities for various brands (e.g. Babaton, Wilfred, TNA, etc.) and product lines (e.g. Sweat fleece, Contour, etc.) across planning, design, and manufacturing teams
Schedule and facilitate seasonal product and brand meetings, supporting cross-functional department teams to ensure clear meeting objectives, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
Identify potential risks to seasonal brand development and work with teams to mitigate and resolve issues
Leverage data and reporting to analyze brand performance against key product development deadlines
Product Integration offers you a behind-the-scenes view into the world of Product at Aritzia from an operational lens, providing you with a deeper understanding of the Product Lifecycle and day-to-day business operations that support bringing our product to market.
Ensure the seamless running of day-to-day business operations in Product
Participate in weekly status meetings (i.e., brand meetings), ensuring the successful execution of the Product Lifecycle
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and build tools and processes to support
Support teams by efficiently removing roadblocks in development
Learn how the product lifecycle connects end-to-end, from creative concept all the way to product launch
Build your business acumen and operational toolkit
Support in project managing strategic Product initiatives and learn how to bring ideas from concept to reality
Internship Dates: May 10 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
