The People Technology Department designs, builds, delivers, and operates robust, efficient, and scalable People technology solutions.
The role designs, implements, and improves People technology solutions while partnering with the People & Culture Division.

The Role
- Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technology designs.
- Ensure solution designs work seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Implement structured testing to identify and address deficiencies.
- Contribute to the deployment of People technology solutions.
