The Opportunity
The Platform Technical Program Manager will coordinate delivery of cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and data platform capabilities used by engineering teams.
The role owns master schedules, complex dependencies, and delivery coordination across foundational engineering initiatives.
The position bridges strategy and execution for the Engineering Enablement platform organization.
The Role
- Manage the integrated department roadmap and align internal teams with hybrid capacity.
- Translate architectural intent into actionable, sequenced release plans with Domain Tech Leads.
- Identify and resolve cross-squad dependencies, manage escalation paths, and ensure work is ready for engineering execution.
- Facilitate governance forums and departmental rituals that support alignment, decision velocity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor workforce logistics, including statements of work, onboarding, offboarding, and quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
- Expertise managing complex technical programs with Agile or Kanban methodologies, flow visualization, and multi-team dependency management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps concepts for communicating with architects and identifying technical risks.
