Role Overview
The organization is seeking an IT Project Manager to deliver digital transformation and technology projects across its UAE operating entities.
The role reports to the CIO and owns delivery from business case and scope definition through budget and vendor management, design, testing, cutover, adoption, and operational handover.
The position is full-time and permanent, based in Dubai, with regular travel to project sites and facilities across the UAE.

About the Role
The organization is seeking an IT Project Manager to deliver digital transformation and technology projects across its UAE operating entities.
The role reports to the CIO and owns delivery from business case and scope definition through budget and vendor management, design, testing, cutover, adoption, and operational handover.
The position is full-time and permanent, based in Dubai, with regular travel to project sites and facilities across the UAE.
Experience, Education, and Certifications
- The role requires 5+ years of hands-on IT project delivery experience, including at least 2 years managing projects end to end as the accountable project manager.
- Experience with ERP, enterprise application, or infrastructure projects is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, or a credible plan to achieve it within the first year, is required.
- PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and ITIL 4 Foundation are advantageous.
- Construction, contracting, engineering, manufacturing, UAE or GCC experience is preferred; exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft 365, or construction platforms is desirable.
