Role Summary
Staff Connect UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology and digital project delivery.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating objectives into delivery plans and maintaining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance.
Working knowledge of trading and capital markets is essential.
Project Delivery and Governance
- Own initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for one or more concurrent technology projects.
- Define project charters, scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, assumptions, constraints, and governance models.
- Maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, milestone schedules, dependency maps, and critical path analyses.
- Manage budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis, purchase orders, and invoice validation.
- Manage resources across internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Operate formal change control and maintain auditable project documentation.
Risk and Dependency Management
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
