IT Manager – ERP Systems & Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our current ERP environment while ensuring a smooth and successful transition to a new ERP platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ERP operations, resolving system issues, coordinating with vendors and business stakeholders, and leading ERP migration activities to minimize business disruption.

· Manage and maintain the organization's current ERP system, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal users to address technical and functional challenges.

· Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.

· Lead and support the transition from the current ERP system to a new ERP platform.

· Develop migration plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

· Coordinate data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

· Ensure business continuity throughout the migration process.

· Manage ERP-related infrastructure, security, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.

· Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, ERP administration, or ERP project delivery.

· Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise ERP systems.

· Strong experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, migration, and integration projects.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Experience with IFS ERP.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

· ERP implementation or project management certifications.

· Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
