Position Purpose
Support the hotel's technology infrastructure and provide technical assistance to associates.
Gain hands-on exposure to hospitality technology systems, troubleshooting, network support, and Marriott technology standards.
Essential Functions
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Assist associates with basic technology issues and service requests.
- Maintain technology assets and inventory records.
- Assist with system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Support user account management and access requests under IT team guidance.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and equipment.
- Follow data security, privacy, and information protection standards.
- Participate in assigned IT projects and technology initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Interest in networking, information systems, and technology support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn hospitality technology systems.
