Position Purpose
Assist and enable outlet employees to consistently achieve product and service standards and provide a high degree of guest care.
Ensure outlet services follow policies and procedures and meet established standards within budgetary controls.
Essential Functions
- Support staff recruitment, training, supervision, counseling, and discipline.
- Conduct meetings, communicate operational information, and direct team assignments.
- Promote hotel facilities, resolve guest problems, and contribute ideas for competitive food and beverage experiences.
- Monitor food quality and service standards and oversee mise-en-place, equipment, supplies, and products.
- Manage inventory, cost effectiveness, cash handling, forecasts, reports, and manpower planning.
- Conduct appraisals and reviews and maintain job descriptions and training materials.
- Provide guest service and operational support to other dining venues when requested.
