- Provide on the job product and sales training to field sales teams
- Participate in development and commercialization of new programs through field trials and training
- Track product margin and identify alternate products/innovations to retain customers

Job Overview
- Responsible for Providing technical consulting services that leverage NALCO Water's intellectual property & assist sales force in increasing account revenue & profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides Expert advice and assistance to NALCO Staff & customers.
- Understands Nalco's application portfolio and the Industry processes directly impacted by these applications within chemical / power / primary metals industry segments.
- Working as technical resource with the local sales team & Application engineers to audit and assess customer operations.
- Conduct on site audits to assess and solve customer problems or meet customer requirements on Water & Process applications.
- Summarize findings in a technical report and support the presentation of key findings and service reports during customer review meetings with value documentation and benefits.
- Provides on the job product and sales training as appropriate and identifies training and reference materials needed for field sales training programs.
- Work with Marketing, RDE and Sales stakeholders to identify new products and program applications.
- Actively participate in the development and commercialization of new programs by working with PLM, SBUs, sales and marketing management.
- Ability to track product margin on monthly basis and discuss with stakeholders during deviations.
- Proactive in supporting & developing strategic market plan for specific segment/product.
- Assists in creating value documentation & value delivery tools to our sales team.
- Develop case studies and participate in Industry seminars for showcasing technologies and paper submission.
