What You Will Do
- Ensure customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, and help resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage overall team performance and handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies aimed at continually improving service quality, as well as developing and enforcing standards and processes.
- Oversee the daily activities of customer service operations, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Assist the customer service team with any duties as needed.
- Manage invoicing, including submission and resolution of related issues.
- Oversee operations for both Saudi and Bahrain regions.
- Manage all sales-related requirements as necessary.
- Ensure all invoices are submitted to customers within 72 hours.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the team s success.
